We’re looking for a highly experienced Senior DevOps Engineer who can design, build, and manage cloud-native CI/CD infrastructures and automation pipelines.
The ideal candidate will be an expert in AWS cloud infrastructure, Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, and fluent with GitHub and GitHub Actions for CI/CD automation.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and maintain scalable, secure, and cost-efficient infrastructure in AWS.
Build and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to provision and manage cloud resources.
Set up, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
Manage version control workflows and branching strategies using GitHub.
Implement automation around deployment, testing, monitoring, and rollback strategies.
Define and implement DevOps best practices, including release management, infrastructure monitoring, log management, and alerting.
Enable fast and reliable deployment cycles across dev, staging, and production environments.
Collaborate closely with development, QA, and security teams to ensure reliable and compliant delivery pipelines.
Ensure infrastructure security (IAM policies, secrets management, encryption, etc.).
Analyze and optimize cloud spend and system performance.
Must-Have Skills
5 years of experience in DevOps / Infrastructure Engineering.
Deep hands-on expertise with AWS Services – EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, CloudWatch, etc.
Proven experience with Terraform (IaC) in production environments.
Strong expertise in GitHub, including branching strategies, PR reviews, and actions.
Proficiency in GitHub Actions to build CI/CD pipelines.
Proficiency with Linux shell scripting, Python or Bash for automation.
Experience with containerization (Docker) and container orchestration (basic knowledge of ECS or EKS).
Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, or OpenTelemetry.
Strong understanding of DevSecOps practices and secrets management.
Nice to Have
Experience with Kubernetes and Helm.
Exposure to multi-account AWS setup and organizational SCPs.
Experience integrating security and compliance checks into pipelines.
Familiarity with Terraform Cloud/Enterprise and remote state backends.
Knowledge of serverless architecture (Lambda, API Gateway).
