• Takes charge of managing project delivery throughout its entire lifecycle.
• Acts as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders.
• Develops and oversees the project plan, encompassing timelines, milestones, and budgets.
• Documents resource requirements, risks, project scope, and contingency plans.
• Collaborates with vendors, third parties, and clients to integrate solutions.
• Cultivates positive and productive relationships with customers to foster business growth.
• Analyzes and resolves delivery issues promptly.
• Supervises the daily activities of the delivery team, offering direction and guidance as necessary.
• Allocates tasks to resources for delivery requirements to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Evaluate team members' performance and identify training needs.
• Acts as the primary contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
• Develops process improvements to enhance cost-effectiveness and time savings.
• Makes critical business decisions to meet customer expectations.
• Reports delivery status to customers and generates necessary delivery documentation.
• Supports the sales team, clients, and contractors, contributing to overall business growth and revenue development.
• Manages existing customer base, focusing on retention and expanding business.
• Assumes ownership of critical incidents, coordinating with resolution parties and facilitating effective communication among stakeholders for post-incident reviews.
• Provides accurate and regular reports to management on service delivery performance.

• Develop strategies for account growth, both in terms of revenue and headcount.
